Administrative agent for hot-air balloon flights

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure proper use, control and monitoring of the database;
  • Manage flight bookings and data entry;
  • Oversee inventory management for online sales and VIP flights, and ensure a constant and optimal flow of sales;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to festival-goers, passengers and pilots, and answer their questions;
  • Take charge of sending flight certificates to partners and following up bookings;
  • Organize, structure and prepare the flight kiosk and its pilot purchasing, assignment and payment process for smooth operation;
  • Recruit and supervise the Take Wings kiosk team (employees and volunteers);
  • Draw up schedules according to needs;
  • Plan and monitor the farmers' flight;
  • Produce various reports and compile information;
  • Coordinate the sale of flyers on the festival site during the event;
  • Participate in various planning and organizational meetings before and during our events (pre-flight gathering, daily meetings);
  • Keep your area of the site clean during the festival;
  • Participate in the dismantling of the area after the festival in collaboration with the team, tidy up and restore the site.

Requirements

  • College or university studies in administration, communications, tourism or any other relevant field;
  • Bilingual (French and English) (an asset);
  • Experience of working with the Clover system (an asset);
  • Know how to work in a team;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Good adaptability;
  • Be organized and structured.
