An evening of wonder

This event is part of the MRC's tour, which began last June. After visiting its neighbors in the Haut-Richelieu region, bringing the hot-air ballooning experience to the heart of their town, the festivities now continue in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. This evening also marks our 40th edition, inviting everyone to a memorable evening.

The Gouin Bridge will be specially closed for the occasion, giving way to the pilots, who will activate their burners to offer us a spectacular candlelight , to the rhythm of the Canadian Forces Leadership and Recruit School orchestra.

There will also be a musical ambience, as well as entertainment. To round things off in style, the SNQ Richelieu Saint-Laurent fireworks display will colour the sky with its sparkling colors. It will be an evening not to be missed, where every moment will be a celebration of our 40th, highlighting our history, our success, our impact on the community, and of course, our wonderful pilots. The mayors of the Haut-Richelieu region will of course be joining us, a testament to the complicity cultivated between each city in the region. Our emblematic hot-air balloon will also be present, in captivity, to proudly welcome all visitors arriving on the Old Saint-Jean side of the bridge.
