Customer Service Trainee

Do you have a flair for service and want to contribute to the experience of one of Quebec's biggest festivals? Join us as a customer service intern and help create an unforgettable experience for our festival-goers!

What you'll learn:

  • Manage customer interactions in a dynamic event context.
  • Deliver a quality customer experience, even in demanding situations.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve problems in real time.
  • Understand the challenges of visitor satisfaction at a major public event.

Your responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • Answer festival-goers' questions by phone, e-mail and on site.
  • Provide support before and during the event, to respond to requests for information and any problems encountered.
  • Assist in the management of complaints and comments from festival-goers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to provide fast, efficient solutions for festival-goers.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the customer experience by collecting visitor feedback.
  • Keep customer service policies up to date
  • Set up an information booklet for all participants during the festival (Telecom, information booth, ticketing, etc.).

Requirements

What we are looking for :

  • Excellent customer service skills, patience and good listening skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • An interest in events and a desire to contribute to the festival's success.

5, chemin de l'Aéroport, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC (hybrid office/teleworking possible)

Salary

Between $16-18 per hour depending on experience

Duration

March/April to end of August 2025 - Flexible according to internship needs, must be available to continue work after internship until end of August.
