Your responsibilities

  • Welcome, inform and guide visitors;
  • Respond to visitors' various requests and questions;
  • Help users navigate the website;
  • Listening and solving problems within a reasonable timeframe;
  • Route calls to the right people;
  • Reply to mailbox messages.


  • Education or experience working with the public;
  • Mastery of French (spoken and written);
  • Good knowledge of English (spoken);
  • Good knowledge of Office suite software and Internet browsing and use;
  • Knowledge of social media;
  • Offer impeccable customer service;
  • Be autonomous and proactive.
