Your responsibilities

  • Managing social media:
  • Prepare a publication schedule;
  • Write content for publication (in French and English);
  • Animate communities on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, etc.).
  • Write and distribute internal communications;
  • Follow up with agencies on media placement and production schedules;
  • Collaborate in the deployment of press relations and promotional strategies for the event;
  • Manage all of the event's contests (from registering with the Régie to managing the winners);
  • Responsible for updating information and integration tools related to programming;
  • Collaborate on certain projects or mandates with colleagues in the communications and marketing department;

Local partnership development, ideation and marketing:
Research and solicit new or existing partners for the following local sponsorship pillars:

  • Goods and services;
  • Sponsorship activations;
  • Corporate lodges.
  • Negotiating and monitoring partnerships;

Participate in proposal ideation and project budgeting;
Participate in the creation, production and distribution of materials (flags, displays, promotional items, etc.);
Oversee the production of sponsored content (video vignettes, content, program interviews, contests), according to sponsor and International criteria;
Initiate the negotiation and follow-up of partnerships;
Develop and maintain good relations with various partners, customer service and follow-up of rendering;
Collaborate in the creation of sales and partnership documents.
Corporate box sales;
Create sponsorship activation plans to increase partner visibility, and oversee their implementation;
Follow up on our on-site operations (sponsored areas) and ensure compliance with contractual details, working in collaboration with other departments;
Update our sales tools and annual schedule;
In preparation for sponsorship reviews: document files as they come in, track digital and field impressions, ensure we have all necessary visuals (creative, photos, videos, etc.).);
Update the department's photo bank;
Responsible for managing and leveraging existing donation and sponsorship programs with organizations or companies whose positioning is similar to our offering;
Other related tasks.

Requirements

  • University studies in communications, administration with a focus on marketing, or any other relevant training or experience;
  • Mastery of French (spoken and written);
  • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
  • Ability to work in a team.
