Human Resources Trainee

Actively participates in the entire staffing process

• Recruitment strategy;
• Convocation of candidates;
• Conduct selection interviews;

Other tasks

• Support department managers throughout the process;
• Welcomes and integrates new employees.
• Involved in staff mobilization;
• Update documents required for onboarding of contract employees;
• Prepare employee files;
• Performs data entry in the Human Resources department databases;
• Participate in the recruitment of volunteers;
• Contributes to the drafting or updating of procedures and processes;
• Conducts research related to the field and makes recommendations;
• Works with the company's health and safety committee;
• Participate in various planning and organizational meetings before and during our events (pre-flight gathering, daily meetings);
• All other related tasks.

During the event

• Employee and volunteer management;
• Act as a resource person for the Human Resources team;
• Track attendance, absences and hours worked by contract employees.
