Your responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of the promotional communication strategy to ensure optimal visibility of advertising campaigns;
  • Participate in the development of marketing communication strategies in order to increase awareness and traffic to the festival, and to boost ticket, passport and package sales;
  • Identify and analyze marketing needs to promote activities and artists in the program.
  • Participate in the planning and follow-up of the advertising placement calendar with the festival's media partners;
  • Oversee the festival's graphic production
  • Ensure uniform graphic standards (contact with agencies, computer graphics, etc.).
  • Update photo and video bank
  • Print management (supplier link)
  • Participate in the development of the promotional boutique collection in the field (production of promotional materials and objects, marketing strategy and inventory management).
  • Help organize promotional events;
  • Coordinate event production activities;
  • Plan resources and materials;
  • Participate in the creation, production and distribution of materials (flags, displays, promotional items, etc.);
  • Create and monitor the event's promotional calendar. Act as a bridge between the various collaborators involved (production, suppliers, customers, etc.).
  • Collaborate on certain projects or mandates with colleagues in the communications and marketing department.

Requirements
