About us

Several measures have been taken to make our services and facilities accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Loan service

We provide wheelchairs at the loan kiosk, enabling everyone to make the most of their experience with us.

Paratransit

Toilets

Adapted toilets can be found throughout the site, including in the Terrace area.

Free access

Your companion benefits from free admission with a Carte d'accompagnement loisir (CAL) or anAccess2 card. Persons with reduced mobility pay only for their daily ticket or 7-day passport to access the International Balloon Festival site, by presenting their pass and CAL or Access2 card at the festival entrance.

‍Here'show to get there when you arrive:
If you arrive using paratransit, an accreditation person will come and bring you a free ticket under proof of an accompanying person's card (Access2 or CAL) and scan your tickets so you can access the site. If you are arriving via the general public entrance, we invite you to go to the main ticket office to collect your free ticket, which will be given to you under proof of your accompanying person's card (Access2 or CAL). You will then be directed to the site entrance, where our staff will scan your tickets.

Reserved area

A platform has been set up on the side of the Loto-Québec Stage to provide maximum comfort during the shows. The first-come, first-served principle applies.

Parking

Parking close to the site entrance is available for holders of a disabled parking sticker. To access the parking lot, however, you must hold a parking ticket, which can be purchased from our ticket office.
