Sponsorship Project Manager

To this end, we're looking for a Sponsorship and Partnership Officer. Being part of the International Balloon Festival team gives you the opportunity to develop your professional skills, meet people involved in the event industry, and all this, in a warm and festive atmosphere.

Your responsibilities

  • Consolidate, renew and develop high-quality relationships with private-sector partners
  • Supporting the customer in creating a partnership
  • Update and build visibility plans, agreements and monitoring tools.
  • Management of field activations and relations with dedicated partners
  • Develop, implement and evaluate event strategies
  • Soliciting new strategic alliances
  • Creating sales pitches
  • Participate in public events and develop constructive relationships with the various players in the events and business community.
  • Imagining original brand activations
  • Promote the partner's image before, during and after the festival
  • Contribute to the festival's accountability process
  • Creation of contracts and management of sponsorship profit grids
  • Post-festival report writing
  • And all other related marketing tasks

Requirements

  • Experience in a field related to partnerships, communications and/or experiential marketing
  • Sense of welcome and customer service
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Canva and computer skills
  • A keen artistic eye
  • Customer solicitation and negotiation skills
  • Enterprising, self-reliant and easy to communicate with
  • Perseverance and proactivity
  • A taste for teamwork
  • Good written and oral communication skills in French and English
