He is a first-time participant in the festival, with a year's experience as a pilot. He is currently the youngest balloon pilot in Canada, and the first balloonist born after the year 2000 in the country. Having grown up in Gatineau and having family in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, he has always attended hot-air balloon festivals, which has fueled his passion for balloons. As soon as he discovered that it was possible to fly these machines, he knew that one day he would become a balloon pilot. Today, after more than fifteen years, he is proud to have realized his dream, and to be able to call himself a pilot in good standing.
