Access your passes

1. Purchase your passes through Ticketmaster;
2. You will receive a confirmation email in which you can access your passes. Here's how to do it:

Don
't have a Ticketmaster account?
- Download the application and register using the same e-mail address you used to reserve your passes.
- Once logged in, click on the 3 horizontal bars (top left) to access the side menu.
- Click on "My events".
- Find your order and click on "View my tickets".
- Your phone is now your ticket!
- When you arrive on site, have your e-ticket ready, as you'll need to have it scanned before you can enjoy the festivities.

Already have a Ticketmaster account?
-Make sure the email address associated with your account matches the one you used for your order.
- Once you've done this, click on the 3 horizontal bars (top left) that will take you to the side menu.
- Click on "My events".
- If you haven't already done so, log in to your account.
- Find your order and click on "View my tickets".
- Your phone is now your ticket!
- When you arrive on site, have your e-ticket ready, as you'll need to have it scanned before you can enjoy the festivities.

Optional:
add your passes to the Wallet app (available on IOS and Android), so you'll have them with you at all times, even in the absence of a cellular network.


Transfer passes

You've bought passes for everyone and now it's time to transfer them? Simply follow the instructions below.

Important
7-day passports (regular and integrated) can be transferred as many times as necessary, until August 11, 2023, 12:00 pm (noon).

Daily tickets, Terrasse 40e Fonds de solidarité FTQ access and parking tickets can be transferred as many times as necessary, until they are activated.


1-Downloadthe TicketMaster application on your cell phone

Open the TicketMaster application and log in to your account. If you don't already have an account, sign up.
Go to the My Events section and select the event for which you'd like to view your tickets.

Click on Transfer. If the button is grayed out, tickets cannot be transferred. Select the tickets you wish to transfer, and click on Transfer to. Enter the recipient's details, including phone number and e-mail address, as well as a comment (optional).

TIP: If a cell phone number is entered, the link to claim the ticket will be sent by text message. All you have to do is click Send! If an e-mail address is entered, the link to claim the ticket will be sent by e-mail.

Click on Transfer ticket. Your transferred tickets will be marked "Sent". Once the recipient has accepted the tickets, "Accepted" will be displayed. You will receive an e-mail confirming that the ticket has been accepted by the recipient. After a successful transfer, the ticket can no longer be used in your account to access the event.


2- Transfer from a computer Log in to your TicketMaster account.

Find your event by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner of the page, then selecting My tickets.

Find your event and click on View details. Click on Transfer tickets.

NOTE: If the Transfer tickets button is grayed out, tickets cannot be transferred. Select the tickets you wish to transfer and click on Continue. Enter the recipient's details, including e-mail address and comment (optional).

Click on Send.
