Formed in Montreal in 2013, Les Deuxluxes is a rock'n'roll duo made up of singer and guitarist Anna Frances Meyer, and multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Étienne Barry. With their blend of biting garage rock, electrifying melodies and assertive psychedelia, Les Deuxluxes set the stage on fire and mesmerize crowds wherever they go.

Warmly acclaimed by critics in Quebec and internationally, their debut full-length Springtime Devil was released in September 2016. Since then, the duo has performed at a number of major events, including the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal, the Festival d'été de Québec, POP Montréal, M pour Montréal, GéNéRiQ, the Festival International de Louisiane and SXSW.

Between 2016 and 2018, the tandem completed four tours of Latin America (Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and Colombia), breaking down the language barrier to win over a vast number of new fans. Les Deuxluxes also toured Canada, as well as France and the UK, where the vast majority of their shows were sold out. In 2019, Les Deuxluxes performed at the Roxy Festival in Guadalajara, Mexico, and at Westway Lab in Portugal. In September, the band flew to Germany to present three showcases at the Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg.

On February 28, 2020, Les Deuxluxes unveiled Lighter Fluid, a bolder album than its predecessor that presents itself as an eccentric collection of 11 analog recordings captured live in a church. The duo experiment more with songwriting, including two songs in French and one in Spanish, as well as exploring with sound repetition and musical motifs.

After spending most of the next three years on the road, Les Deuxluxes return with a new EP in spring 2024, including a first single in collaboration with the Shirleys entitled Always on the run.
